my cafe maple syrup

For the last year I have been using the maple flavored agave. It is a runny syrup but it soaks right into pancakes. One Cup of Milk (Soy, Almond, Cow, etc.) I don’t know your thoughts on agave, but I used it as a substitute for the sugar- it has the same calories per Tbsp, but you only use half as much because it is sweeter.
